🎥 ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our Content Creator, you’re the one who turns brand ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and videos optimized for every platform (and every audience). From scripting, shooting, and editing, to hopping on TikTok trends and creating IG story formats, you’ll be a key part of shaping how brands live and grow online.

This is not a static “social media specialist” job. We want creators who can think and execute across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and XiaoHongShu (小红书) — each with its own rhythm, tone, and vibe.

🧠 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create content across platforms: reels, carousels, IG stories, TikToks, memes, Threads, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, and more
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit native content that speaks the language of each channel
• Ideate creative formats for product launches, campaigns, and creator/influencer collabs
• Contribute to content calendars and work closely with account manager
• Stay on top of trends, memes, hooks, formats, and community insights
• Show up in content when needed (voice, hands, or face — be camera-friendly!)
• Repurpose long-form content into snackable edits for maximum reach
• Organize assets, files, and brand folders with attention to detail
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and project managers to align on tone and style
• Bring new content ideas to the table — daily, weekly, monthly 

Job Requirements

🧩 YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU…

• Have 1–3 years experience creating digital content (agency, brand, freelance welcome)
• Are comfortable filming with your phone — you know your angles, lighting, audio, and editing basics
• Know what works on IG is not what works on TikTok — and LinkedIn is a different beast
• Can edit on CapCut, VN, Adobe Rush, or other creator-friendly tools
• Are obsessed with good hooks, scroll-stoppers, and storytelling rhythm
• Understand voice, captions, and micro copy as part of creative strategy
• Can work fast without compromising on creativity
• Have an eye for detail and a love for aesthetic (even under pressure)
• Bonus: Familiar with XHS (小红书) formats, or can read/write Mandarin
