We're looking for a strategic, proactive , and people-orientated HR Specliast who’s ready to lead relationships, guide team, and elevate the culture and core value of TINKER.You will own day‑to‑day HR operations for a fast‑moving social media company, ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll and Compensation Administration

  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll for monthly cycles, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and on‑time payments.
  • Maintain statutory submissions and payroll records in compliance with Malaysian employment and tax regulations.
  • Support compensation processes including salary reviews, job evaluations, and preparation of compensation data for management.

HRIS, Reporting and Data Management

  • Maintain HRIS (Lark & Kakitangan) with up‑to‑date employee records and system configurations.
  • Produce HR reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and track people metrics.
  • Support audits and statutory reporting by preparing required documentation and responding to information requests.

Employee Lifecycle and Benefits Administration

  • Administer benefits programs including medical, insurance, leave, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage lifecycle events such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and expatriate documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for benefits, payroll, and other HR and Admin services.

Policies, Compliance and Governance

  • Implement and update HR policies and SOPs to reflect legal requirements and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment law and internal governance; escalate risks and recommend corrective actions.

Onboarding, Offboarding and Employee Experience

  • Coordinate smooth onboarding experiences and induction programs for new hires.
  • Manage offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and synthesize feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects that strengthen culture and retention.

HR Business Partnering and Operational Support

  • Provide operational HR support to assigned departments on employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
  • Drive process improvements and HR system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.


Job Requirements

 ✅ IDEAL PROFILE

  • Possess a Degree in any discipline
  • Graduate with 4-8years hand-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment & IR/ER matters
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Resourceful, self- driven and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor, dependable and able to maintain confidential information
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Strong attention to details, good organisational and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint
