We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who’s not just great with words and decks, but knows how to connect ideas to audience and content to outcome across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and more.

This is a key thinking role: part brand whisperer, part planner, part campaign architect.

🧩 ABOUT THIS ROLE
SENIOR MARKETING STRATEGIST

You’ll be the bridge between insight and execution. Working closely with the creative, social, and accounts team, you’ll lead brand strategy, campaign development, and content frameworks that make work smarter, braver, and more relevant.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🧠 Strategy Development

• Lead brand and campaign strategy from insight to articulation
• Develop positioning, brand narratives, tone of voice, and creative territories
• Translate briefs into culturally-attuned, platform-smart strategies
• Own client presentations and strategic narrative building

📣 Campaign & Content Planning

• Shape 360° campaign ideas in collaboration with creative and content teams
• Build social content frameworks, monthly calendars, and storytelling formats
• Guide execution teams with clarity and strategic intent
• Contribute to influencer and creator direction with messaging consistency

📊 Research, Insight & Analysis

• Conduct competitor reviews, audience profiling, and digital audits
• Use platform trends, cultural patterns, and behavioral insight to inform strategy
• Help define success metrics and strategic measurement frameworks

🤝 Client & Team Collaboration

• Lead strategic presentations with confidence and narrative flow
• Collaborate with account leads to shape client success stories
• Mentor junior strategists or execs (if applicable)

Job Requirements

✅ IDEAL PROFILE

• 4–6 years experience in a strategic, content, or brand planning role
• Agency or consultancy background (advertising, digital, creative, or social-first)
• Experience working with lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands
• Strong at storytelling — both written and verbal — with clarity and punch
• Familiar with multi-platform content planning (IG, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Able to brief creatives with precision, not fluff
• Obsessed with culture, trends, and human behavior
• Confident in deck-building (Google Slides)
• Bonus: You enjoy pitch environments, idea jamming, and collaborative chaos
