💬 ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Social Media Community Manager, you are the voice and vibe guardian across our clients' social channels. You turn captions into conversations. You reply like a human, not a bot. You know that community management is not customer service — it’s brand building in real time.

🧠 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with audiences daily across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook & more
  • Reply to comments, DMs, story mentions, and tagged posts — with tone and intent aligned to each client
  • Proactively start conversations through IG stories, polls, Q&As, comments, and live chat during launches
  • Monitor brand mentions, customer moods, and emerging sentiment
  • Report weekly on community growth, engagement wins, and response trends
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, and production teams to sync voice and campaign goals
  • Contribute community POV to content planning (What are they asking? What do they love?)
  • Manage engagement schedules and internal response templates for high-volume accounts
  • Support in UGC collection and influencer interactions when needed


Job Requirements

🎯 YOU’RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

  • Have 1–3 years experience in social media, community, or digital marketing
  • Know how to write like people speak (not like a press release)
  • Can switch tones fast — from playful, witty to polished and professional
  • Are obsessively curious about people, language, and platform behavior
  • Have used or engaged with brand accounts — and noticed what works
  • Can keep a cool head even when handling trolls or difficult DMs
  • Love tracking engagement wins, saves, and shares
  • Are deeply tuned into social & pop culture — from Selena to Seoul to Shopee memes
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in an agency or handled multiple brands before
