Job Description

What You'll Do:
- Assist in the design and testing of process automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the collection, cleaning, and basic analysis of data to derive insights for clients.
- Observe client meetings to learn how processes are mapped, inefficiencies are identified, and automation solutions are suggested.
- Aid in documenting workflows, processes, and solutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Develop the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward, business-friendly terms.
- Participate in the maintenance and updating of existing workflows under supervision.
- Gain insight into procurement, finance, and project management processes, with an understanding of how automation is utilized in these areas.

What You'll Learn:
- The basics of workflow automation tools (such as UiPath, Camunda, or JavaScript-based workflows).
- Practical experience with SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and XML in real-world projects.
- How to employ data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset) to communicate findings effectively.
- An introduction to APIs and how systems are integrated.
- Best practices in process improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma.
- Skills for client-facing communication and simplifying technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Available to commit to a full-time internship (3–6 months preferred).
• Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, JSON, or XML (coursework or self-learning is acceptable).
• Familiarity with data analysis concepts and basic tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or any visualization tool).
• Interest in process automation, data analytics, and business process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to explore how processes can be optimized.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (client-facing exposure will be provided).
