- Track, Identify and nurture qualified prospect in sales pipeline
- Understand our digital solutions in-depth to match them with customer needs.
- Prepare and conduct online product demonstrations and address customer questions.
- Communicate and monitor with the product development team on customer requirements are executed as agreed
- Keep track of customer feedback and provide insights to the product team for future improvements.
Job Requirements
● 1-2 years’ experience in business development is preferred, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or a related field.
● Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp software applications and digital tools.
● Good understanding of the software product development cycle.
● Able to grasp and understand business workflow from different industries.
● Familiarity with chat bot products is an added advantage.
