Internship Role: Retail Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

I'm excited to announce that we are hiring for an entry level role for our growing retail portfolio. The role will start as an intership (part-time) for the rest of 2025 and will be full-time starting January 2026.

About the role: 

You will be part of the core team driving our retail portfolio, which includes our investments into premium vending machines, F&B franchises, & other retail outlets. 

For the first 6 months (as we grow our team), this role will require physical intensive work, including driving between our retail outlets and warehouse to restock supplies, performing regular maintenance on our vending machines, and liaising with our vendors. 

Why this role is exciting: 

High performing candidates will become a manager within 6-9 months, managing a team of 5-10 people, to oversee our retail operations as we grow the business together. 

Exceptional candidates will be considered for a role in our broader investment fund (post 12 months), to make strategic and investment decisions into businesses across Malaysia. 

Working hours & Salary:

Oct 20th 2025 to Dec 31st  2025: 

·      Internship, Part-time (6 to 8 hours per week) 

·      For candidates with their own car: RM1,000 per month (all car expenses will be covered by the company)

·      For candidates without a car: RM600 per month 

January 1st 2026 onwards 

·      Full time 

·      RM2,000 – RM4,000 per month (based on performance during previous 3 months)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

·      Based in Kuala Lumpur with full working rights  

·      Valid driving license (car ownership is a bonus; car allowance provided if using own

vehicle)

·      Required to carry heavy crates (20-25kg) alone

·      Enthusiasm to learn basic mechanical/technical work (able to do regular servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our machines).

·      Comfortable going to public transport hubs to service and restock machines, sometimes late at night & over the weekends

·      Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for results.

·      High attention to detail and diligence in maintaining hygiene and operational standards.

·      Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
