Join our team as a Customer Service Executive! You’ll assist customers with inquiries, introduce our telco plans, and recommend the best options to suit their needs—while ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

What You’ll Do

  • • Introduce and explain mobile & broadband plans.
  • • Answer questions, provide solutions, and handle basic support.
  • • Recommend suitable plans and promotions to customers.
  • • Ensure a friendly, helpful, and positive experience.


Job Requirements

  • • Fresh grads or 0–2 years experience (training provided).
  • • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • • Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.
