Job Description
- Responsible for the sales order processing and follow-up
- Support the Sales team for daily order logistics
- Maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded timely and accurately
- Coordinate with sales, purchase and logistics team
- Coordinate and liaison with the clients and the designers on the design issue
- Prepare the quotations and the effective sales & marketing tools
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Follow close instructions of manager
Job Requirements
- Good written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- 1-2 years working experience in account serving / order follow up is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC Operations (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
- Highly skilled in excel is an advantage
- Ability to use AI, PS is an advantage
- Self-motivated, mature and enjoy team work
- Able to work overtime and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent orders / inquiries follow up, problem solving skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
