Job Description

Registration & Compliance

  • Handle the complete registration process for motorcycles with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure all registration documents are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth registration.

Insurance Services

  • Prepare accurate quotations for motorcycles, spare parts, and services.
  • Assist customers with insurance options and renewal processes.
  • Ensure all insurance documentation is completed correctly.

Cashiering

  • Process customer payments and issue official receipts.
  • Handle cash, bank transfers, and other payment methods in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain proper records of all financial transactions.

Inventory

  • Monitor and update inventory records for motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with procurement and workshop teams for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.

Administrative & Paperwork

  • Ensure all sales and administrative paperwork is accurate, complete, and maintained to a high standard.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with precise and reliable data.
  • Highlight discrepancies and provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field. 
    • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
    • Competent in using Microsoft Office and basic dealership software for daily operations.
    • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
