Job Description

1. Design creative materials for digital and print platforms (social media, posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, and in-store visuals).
2. Edit and enhance photos of motorcycles, events, and promotional activities.
3. Collaborate with the Sales teams to develop designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
4. Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and meet required quality standards.
5. Support marketing events, product launches, and promotions with creative designs.
6. Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing channels.

Key Performance Indicators - KPI(s)

1. Deliver a minimum of 3 creative designs per day (e.g., social media posts, promotional materials, or marketing collaterals).
2. Ensure 95% of design projects are completed and delivered on or before the agreed deadlines.
3. Consistently produce designs that meet company standards and receive positive internal feedback.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), familiar with Canva/Figma, and eager to learn and apply AI-powered design tools to support creative projects.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic team environment.
