Job Description
As an intern at TME Motorsports Sdn. Bhd. you will have the opportunity to support our team in daily operations, projects, and initiatives. This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to the industry, enhance your skills, and allow you to contribute to real-world projects.
Sales
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Help organize promotional campaigns, events, or product launches.
- Follow up with prospects and provide timely information to the sales team.
Customer Service
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Support the team in resolving customer issues and providing accurate product/service information.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by supporting quality service initiatives.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and customer engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program; (Business Administration, Commerce or Communications)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional demeanor.
