YOUR ROLE
Motorcycle Servicing & Repair
- Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repair work according to service standards.
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.
- Perform road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
Workshop Operation - Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the workshop area.
- Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.
- Report parts shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Always follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure quality control in all service and repair tasks.
- Report any incidents or near-miss cases promptly.
Discipline & Attitude - Maintain punctuality, cleanliness, and a professional appearance at all times.
- Follow company rules, workshop procedures, and safety regulations strictly.
- Show commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and quality service.
Job Requirements
POSITION CRITERIA
- Candidate must possess a Technical Diploma or relevant Certification in automotive or motorcycle mechanics; this is an advantage.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years as a mechanic, preferably in motorcycles or automotive workshops.
- Able to work independently and meet job deadlines.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
