YOUR ROLE

Motorcycle Servicing & Repair

• Conduct maintenance, inspections, and repair work according to service standards.
• Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.
• Perform road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
  
  Workshop Operation
  
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the workshop area.
• Handle tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.
• Report parts shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Always follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure quality control in all service and repair tasks.
• Report any incidents or near-miss cases promptly.
  
  Discipline & Attitude
  
• Maintain punctuality, cleanliness, and a professional appearance at all times.
• Follow company rules, workshop procedures, and safety regulations strictly.
• Show commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and quality service.

Job Requirements

POSITION CRITERIA

• Candidate must possess a Technical Diploma or relevant Certification in automotive or motorcycle mechanics; this is an advantage.
• Proven experience of at least 1-2 years as a mechanic, preferably in motorcycles or automotive workshops.
• Able to work independently and meet job deadlines.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
