Job Description
- Work within the invoicing team and manage billing activities for TMF clients
- Coordinate client and internal billing processes, including invoice validation and approval where applicable, as well as debtor coordination activities
- Review and evaluate financial aspects of contracts (where applicable) to ensure billing aligns with agreed terms
- Establish and maintain relationships with respective TMF local offices and other group functions, serving as a single point of contact for all billing-related matters for managed clients
- Submit invoices (where applicable) to TMF clients via email or client portals
- Communicate billing-related information to all stakeholders as required
- Perform revenue reconciliation
- Support internal and external audits by providing billing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations
- Support DAX365 implementation across different markets
