Job Description
- Handle daily administrative matters and transaction activities for investment portfolios.
- Responsible for processing trade settlements and payments for unit trust funds.
- Monitor account balance and ensure sufficient cash available for trade settlement and payments.
- Responsible to input transactions in fund accounting system.
- Provide support to team members to ensure service excellence and on time delivery to clients
- Liaising with local and foreign custodian banks, fund managers, tax agent and auditor at operational level.
- Manage ad-hoc assignments when required.
- Handle client enquiries and resolving problems on timely manner.
