ROLES
- Lead store operations & team structure (kitchen / service)
- Build SOPs and scalable systems
- Drive menu & recipe standardization
- Control cost, P&L, inventory & vendors
- Optimize manpower & scheduling
- Improve online / delivery performance
- Support expansion strategy
- Execute operational optimization
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in F&B operations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost control & P&L
- Experience managing teams
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Comfortable in both office & store environment & Kitchen
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented
