Job Description
- Assist in daily management of Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Update product listings, pricing, promotions, vouchers and campaign information.
- Support participation in platform campaigns such as Payday, Double Day and Flash Sale.
- Monitor daily orders, stock status, product performance and store activities.
- Assist with basic Shopee Ads / TikTok Shop Ads setup and performance tracking.
- Track sales, traffic, conversion and promotion results using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions and marketplace activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing, warehouse and customer service teams when required.
- Help prepare simple weekly sales and performance reports.
- Support other e-commerce and online sales activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
- Familiar with Shopee and TikTok Shop as a user; seller-side experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage repetitive operational tasks accurately.
- Fast learner, responsible and willing to take initiative.
- Interested in e-commerce, digital marketing and online sales.
- Able to communicate and work well with a team.
