Join the audit team as a Senior Audit Associate responsible for owning audit engagements from planning through completion, working closely with clients to turn financial data into clear findings and deliver accurate, timely financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audit engagements in line with professional standards and firm procedures.
• Prepare and review audit working papers, financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Analyse financial data, assess risks and evaluate relevant controls.
• Identify audit findings and explain practical recommendations to clients.
• Liaise with clients and the Company Secretary to obtain statutory information and supporting documents.
• Monitor engagement timelines and communicate issues clearly to managers and clients.
• Review work completed by junior team members and provide helpful feedback where required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in audit.
• ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or MIA membership, or currently pursuing a professional qualification, is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good written and spoken communication skills, with confidence dealing with clients.
• A collaborative, organised and proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
