Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Meet monthly and annual sales objectives.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  3. Discover and target new business opportunities to meet sales objectives and revenue targets.
  4. Organize business meetings and one-on-one discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and create business proposals through effective sales presentations.
  5. Draft and submit sales contracts for orders.
  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular visits, addressing specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
  7. Ensure timely follow-ups and responses to inquiries and assigned tasks.
  8. Work with Operations Teams to establish competitive pricing.
  9. Negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  10. Possess a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and value propositions.
  11. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  12. Leverage business intelligence and data analysis to shape sales strategies.
  13. Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, comprehend market trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.
  14. Engage in conferences, trade shows, webinars, and seminars to assess customer needs, learn about industry developments, and understand new technologies.
  15. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product training events.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in bio-medical, human/veterinary science or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 1 years working experience in sales, sales experience in the field of Medical Device is preferred;
  3. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English;
  4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
  5. Possess own transport
  6. Able to travel frequently outstation.
  7. Position is also open to fresh graduates
