Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

- Support and encourage merchants to optimize the use of our solution.

- Work with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and
ensure KPIs are being met.

- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to
better upsell to customer.

The Day-to-Day

  • Act as Relationship Manager by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront of our activity, setting world class standards
  • Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through acquisition of new customers in line with the Cryptocurrency risk appetite and policies
  • Communicate market views and trading ideas to our clients
  • Proactively develop effective strategies to manage both existing and new relationships, by anticipating customer needs and providing a superior service and product
  • Responsible for selling the company's products or services while expanding the existing share of wallet
  • Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met
  • Ensures that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services
  • Works closely with internal teams and oversees the relationship with the client
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What You Bring

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Solid working experience in financial services field as a sales
  • Maintain good network and have good connections with clients who are interested in digital assets
  • Passionate in digital assets and can offer investment advise
  • Basic knowledge of derivatives is a plus
  • Proven Sales success
  • Ability to understand and apply concepts
  • Ability to handle projects commensurate with job expectations
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients




 


Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges
  • Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment and keen to work in a sales driven environment;
  • Preferably with 1-3 years experience in sales and client relationship experience.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service
  • Possess a valid driving license & own transport.
