Prepare and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with third-party transportation providers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
Coordinate with third-party warehouse service providers to ensure warehouse KPIs are achieved and operations run efficiently.
Ensure products are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Sales and Finance teams.
Monitor and control transportation and warehousing costs while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Do audit stock and ensure stock reconciliation between physical vs systems well aligned
Job Requirements
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery processes.
Familiarity with OTIF, stock reconciliation, and inventory control is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or WMS is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
