Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with third-party transportation providers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
• Coordinate with third-party warehouse service providers to ensure warehouse KPIs are achieved and operations run efficiently.
• Ensure products are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Sales and Finance teams.
• Monitor and control transportation and warehousing costs while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Do audit stock and ensure stock reconciliation between physical vs systems well aligned

Job Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with OTIF, stock reconciliation, and inventory control is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or WMS is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
