Job Description

 

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for sales target of assigned customer accounts in overseas and local sales territory.
  • Develop and implement account management plans, tactical sales plans and marketing plans and activities to meet business development goals.
  • Execute both international and local exhibitions, customer visits as well as online meetings to meet existing and prospective customers regularly.
  • Conduct sales and market analysis periodically to manage sales growth and identify sales opportunities with existing accounts as well as generate high potential new leads.
  • Responsible for reporting of customer accounts and territory performance, and track sales opportunities progress in CRM and ERP systems. 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to facilitate the fulfilment of customer’s sales enquiries and orders.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business Admin or related discipline.
  • Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in high-tech industries, with good sales track.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in German, French or Japanese is an added advantage.
  • Experience in using Microsoft 365 CRM or any CRM software.
  • Assertive, result oriented, resilient, with good communication skill.
  • Additional language skills is an added advantage (Mandarin, German, Japanese, French)
