 Job Title: Costing Executive (Manufacturing)
Job Summary
The Costing Executive is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and controlling product
costs within the manufacturing process. This role ensures accurate cost data, supports
pricing decisions, and identifies opportunities for cost reduction to improve overall
profitability.
 

 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain product cost sheets (BOM, labor, overhead).
• Perform cost analysis for raw materials, production, and operational expenses.
• Monitor and analyze variance between actual cost vs standard cost.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure
accurate costing data.
• Conduct monthly cost reporting and highlight key cost drivers.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze material usage, wastage, and efficiency levels.
• Assist in pricing strategy and quotation preparation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Participate in cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects. 

Job Requirements

 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Costing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in costing/accounting within manufacturing
industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Costing methods (Standard Costing, Activity-Based Costing)
o BOM (Bill of Materials)
o Inventory control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
