Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and control production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Set up machines before production runs (e.g., calibration, adjustments, tooling).
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation during production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine faults or abnormalities.
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and ensure a clean working environment (5S).
• Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and quality control teams.

Job Requirements

• Operate machines and production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP). 
• Ensure products are produced according to required quality, quantity, and specifications. 
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments when necessary. 
• Monitor production process and report any abnormalities or defects to the supervisor. 
• Carry out simple maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation. 
• Assist in loading and unloading materials or products during production. 
• Ensure all materials used are correct and sufficient for production. 
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions at all times. 
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the production area. 
• Assist in other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
• Working days: Monday to Saturday.
