Job Description

1. Material Preparation & Programme Planning

• Coordinate with the Operations Team to gather workshop/event details including date, time, number of participants (pax), audience type and topic requested by the client.
• Prepare presentation slides and training materials based on the requested topic.
• Develop engaging session content including lectures, activities, discussions and interactive exercises to ensure participant engagement throughout the session.
• Prepare detailed session plans outlining the flow of the programme, including roles of speakers, facilitators and participants.
• Design and prepare worksheets, activities and supporting materials when required for the programme.

1. Workshop & Event Facilitation

• Conduct talks, workshops, webinars and training sessions during the event day.
• Deliver counselling-related content professionally and interactively based on the client’s objectives and audience needs.
• Facilitate activities and participant engagement throughout the session.

1. Collaboration & Sales Support

• Participate in sales or client meetings when required.
• Provide professional insights and recommendations from a counselling perspective to support programme development and client discussions.
• Assist the team in proposing suitable mental health, wellbeing or psychological-related topics and approaches for clients.

• Must have licensed caunsellor
