About the Role

Tongle Group Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Intern to support daily operations, workshop coordination, client engagement, and project execution.

This internship is suitable for individuals who enjoy both planning and hands-on execution while gaining exposure to real business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Support

• Support business and marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Tongle’s services 
• Assist with outreach, follow-ups, proposals, presentations, and client coordination
• Help manage leads, tracking, and documentation

2. Idea Generation & Program Development

• Contribute ideas for workshops, campaigns, and engagement activities
• Support brainstorming sessions and program improvements

3. Workshop Coordination & Execution

• Assist in workshop preparation, logistics, and materials
• Support on-ground workshop and event execution
• Manage participant registration and ensure smooth event flow

4. Operations & Administrative Support

• Maintain proper documentation and organizational records
• Provide updates to supervisors and support ad-hoc projects
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing tasks and initiatives

Internship Details
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree students from Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Event Management, or related fields
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
