About the Role :

Tongle Group Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and responsible Human Resources & Operations Intern to support recruitment, employee engagement, workshop coordination, and daily HR operations.

This internship provides hands-on experience in HR administration, people management, and workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and assist with candidate shortlisting
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment records and databases

2. Employee Engagement & HR Support

• Support employee engagement activities and company events
• Assist with internal communication and employee welfare initiatives
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee performance tracking and team coordination

3. Workshop Coordination & Execution

• Assist in workshop preparation, logistics, and materials
• Support on-ground workshop and event execution
• Manage participant registration and ensure smooth event flow

4. Operations & Administrative Support

• Maintain proper documentation and organizational records
• Provide updates to supervisors and support ad-hoc projects
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing tasks and initiatives

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree students in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
