About the Role

Tongle Group Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to support client acquisition, sales initiatives, campaign planning, and business growth strategies.

This internship is suitable for individuals who enjoy communication, strategic thinking, relationship building, and exploring creative ways to grow a business in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Client Engagement
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
  • Support outreach, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
  1. Business Development & Strategy
  • Support business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and campaign ideas
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and lead generation
  1. Sales Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain and update sales tracking records and lead databases
  • Monitor sales progress and prepare simple reports or updates
  • Track campaign performance and assist in follow-up actions
  1. Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
  • Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and market gaps
  • Gather insights to support sales strategies and campaign planning
  • Assist in analyzing customer needs and market demands

Internship Details

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree students from Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Mass Communication, or related fields
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable with client interaction and teamwork
