Tongle Group Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to support client acquisition, sales initiatives, campaign planning, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Engagement
- Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
- Support outreach, follow-ups, and client communication
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
- Business Development & Strategy
- Support business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
- Assist in developing sales strategies and campaign ideas
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and lead generation
- Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and update sales tracking records and lead databases
- Monitor sales progress and prepare simple reports or updates
- Track campaign performance and assist in follow-up actions
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences
- Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and market gaps
- Gather insights to support sales strategies and campaign planning
- Assist in analyzing customer needs and market demands
