Job Description

  • Manages the daily functions of a designated retail or hospitality establishment, ensuring operational efficiency while enhancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff members at the outlet, which includes managing schedules, performance evaluations, and resolving employee-related issues.
  • Facilitates a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and upholding high standards of service.
  • Monitors inventory levels, collaborates with suppliers, and ensures sufficient stock to satisfy customer demand.
  • Maintains the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the outlet in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Devises and executes strategies aimed at boosting sales and profitability, incorporating promotional activities and special events. Additionally, addresses operational challenges and resolves customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Requires 2-3 years of experience in the retail or food and beverage sector, including a background in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Collaboration: Capable of working well both as part of a team and independently.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrates the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at identifying and addressing operational challenges, including handling customer complaints.
  • Inventory Expertise: Familiar with inventory management and ordering processes.
    Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
