1) Manage the day-to-day procurement activities and lead the department.
2) Recognize purchasing needs and determine the status of existing stock.

2) At least has 3 years working experience in F&B procurement.
3) Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
4) Proficient in MS Office.
5) Ability to manage multiple tasks including lifting store items and has problem-solving skills.
6) Attention to detail.
7) Good time management abilities.
