Job Description

1) Manage the day-to-day procurement activities and lead the department.

2) Recognize purchasing needs and determine the status of existing stock.

3) Cost examination and negotiate with acceptable prices by assessing offers by suppliers.

4) Maintain relationships with suppliers and finding new suppliers.

5) Keep purchased records and make sure deliveries are being made on time.

6) Record and update the details of suppliers, pricing, discount offers, dates, supplier terms etc.

7) Ensure that products and materials are in good condition and quantity items received as per order by liaising with store staff.

8) Contact suppliers if has change in orders, different items, and shortage items received.

9) Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1) Graduate from Diploma/Degree Business/ Administration/ Accounting or relevant field.

2) At least has 3 years working experience in F&B procurement.

3) Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills.

4) Proficient in MS Office.

5) Ability to manage multiple tasks including lifting store items and has problem-solving skills.

6) Attention to detail.

7) Good time management abilities.
