About the Role

This role is primarily focused on e-commerce operations and customer experience, with light exposure to influencer coordination. You’ll support the day-to-day running of our online store, ensure customers have a smooth experience, and help execute monthly campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone who wants a stable, structured e-commerce role with opportunities to gradually learn campaign execution while working on international markets (US & Europe).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer enquiries via email, DMs, and WhatsApp
• Support order processing and fulfillment coordination
• Assist with e-commerce backend operations (e.g. orders, campaigns, basic updates)
• Execute monthly campaigns and promotions alongside the team
• Monitor competitor activities such as pricing, content style, and promotions to support campaign planning.
• Support PR and influencer coordination activities, including liaising with influencers, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups

Job Requirements

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing are preferred, though fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively with international and multicultural stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Interested in e-commerce operations and customer experience
• Shopify or e-commerce experience is a bonus
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated, and a team player
