Job Description

Sales & Lead Management

  • Handle incoming inquiries from all sources, nurture leads, and ensure timely follow-up with sales department.
  • Analyze customer data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for customer follow-up as the first contact after exhibitions and events
  • Convert training program inquiries into confirmed participants.
  • Manage sales conversion rates
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Training Center Promotion

  • Actively promote and market our Training Center programs to existing and new customer.
  • Develop outreach strategies to increase participation and awareness.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to increase training center utilization rate

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Identify potential collaboration opportunities with industry players, training institutions, and associations.
  • Support the development of joint initiatives and partnership agreements.
  • Events Support
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage on-site event support, including participant engagement and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events.

Other

  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or event marketing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English, and local language proficiency is an advantage).
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, SalesForce/SAP)
