Job Description
- Assist in data entry and updating accounting records (eg. invoices, AP/AR, and other transactions)
- Support preparation of reports (Fixed Assets, Stock, Bank Reconciliation).
- Assist in preparing monthly audit schedules
- Process petty cash, staff claims, and supplier payments.
- Issue receipts, debit/credit notes, and customer Statements of Account.
- Provide administrative support and assist with auditor liaison.
- Assist in filing documents, scanning and other admin tasks related to finance
- Support the finance and accounts team in day-to-day operation
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements
Finance Intern will be assisting Finance & Accounts team with daily operations and month-end activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to accounting systems, reporting, and compliance processes.
