This role is to provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient management of pricing documentation, tender processes, and sales operations.

<li>Perform financial analysis and documentation tasks, including preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate records for project costing sheets.</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive sales analysis materials, including the creation of charts, pivot tables, and data visualizations to assist in business reviews.</li>
<li>Manage and document manufacturing authorization certificates (MAFs) and coordinate the administrative and compliance documentation required for tender submissions.</li>
<li>Track, follow up on, and compile sales forecasts to assist with smooth operational flow.</li>
<li>Carry out general ad hoc administrative tasks as required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
