Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to manage and expand our distributor networks across Southeast Asia and South Asia, while supporting selected end-user accounts. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring that customer needs are effectively addressed through tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in building partnerships, driving sales growth, and supporting solution design in collaboration with both distributors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue, market share, and growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through distributors, partners, and direct customer engagement.
  • Provide technical consultation to distributors and end-users on solution design, proposals, and tender specifications.
  • Strengthen and manage long-term relationships with channel partners, key accounts, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market performance insights to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

  •  Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying, Engineering or Business or equivalent background.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in channel sales, business development, or account management.
  • Knowledge of channel/distributor management and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a regional team environment. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese due to regional involvement.
  • Strong aptitude in learning and using excel.
