Job Description

Technical Support to provide technical expertise and customer support for GNSS, other surveying solutions across the Southeast Asia and South Asia. The role involves troubleshooting, training, and supporting product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction and regional growth. 

• Provide technical expertise and support for GNSS, Total Station and other surveying solutions across Southeast Asia and South Asia.
• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• Deliver training, product demonstrations, and field evaluations for customers and distributors.
• Act as the link between local teams, distributors, and global support for complex cases.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and regional business growth through consistent service and follow-up.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics / Land Surveying / Civil Engineering / Geospatial Science / Information Technology or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the surveying field is preferred.
• Experience or strong knowledge in GNSS technology, 3D Laser Scanner, surveying equipment, or positioning systems is an advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of the surveying/geospatial industry.
• Computer literate with good organizational skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Ability to supervise and guide others when required.
• Willing to travel as required.
