Job Description
A Technical Support Engineer is responsible for the installation, calibration, testing, and maintenance of Topcon Machine Control systems and Topcon Agriculture systems
- Handle troubleshooting, testing, and on-site support for customers and dealers.
- Carry out repairing and maintenance in compliance to standards set by supervisor
- Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently assigned by supervisor
- To submit service field reports after service field jobs are completed.
- Other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3 in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Agricultural Machinery
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical field
- 2–3 years of experience in machine installation, maintenance, or field technical support.
- Experience with construction or agricultural machinery, or hydraulic systems, is an advantage.
