As a Optical Retail Sales Executive you will help design the in-store experience and grow our presence, from welcoming shoppers to shaping how products are presented and sold.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
• Guide purchase decisions with honest recommendations and follow-up on enquiries.

Sales & Merchandising

• Drive daily sales targets through active selling and cross-selling of relevant products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and restock shelves to keep the store presentable.

Store Operations

• Operate the POS, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
• Support basic store admin, inventory checks, and keeping the sales floor tidy.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM or equivalent, diploma is a plus.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0 years of retail experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Retail Sales knowledge and basic POS operation experience or willingness to learn.
• Cash handling and simple inventory awareness.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendliness with clear Communication and a professional approach to customers.
• Strong Professional Responsibility and overall Professionalism in punctuality and presentation.
