Job Description

• Collaborate with the creative and development teams to understand project requirements and artistic direction.
• Convert 2D assets into optimized 3D models with a focus on facial aesthetics and realism, ensuring fidelity to the original designs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to maintain the integrity and uniqueness of 2D assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Create and apply rigs to 3D models to enable realistic motion and interactivity.
• Optimize models for performance without compromising on visual fidelity.
• Collaborate with AR developers to implement models into the DeepAR platform.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in 3D modeling and 3D rigging.
• Address feedback and make revisions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media & Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Graphics,  Digital Art, Animation & Visual Effects, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working and proven experience in 3D modeling and 3D rigging, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of 3D art skills including texturing, lighting, and rigging.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Experience in AR development and familiarity with AR development platforms, like DeepAR, is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to creating high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
