ToySpark Malaysia is a leading retail company specialising in premium baby gear, educational toys, and children's learning products. We offer a wide range of trusted international brands, including Joie, Quinton, Koopers, Crolla, GB Pockit, Chicco, Muva, and many more.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Interns to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, retail sales, customer service, content creation, social media, and live selling. This internship provides practical industry exposure in a fast-paced retail environment while helping you develop valuable professional skills.

The successful intern will be based at Angsana Mall Johor Bahru or Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor.

As an intern at ToySpark Malaysia, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, retail sales, customer service, content creation, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas:

• Assist with digital marketing activities across TikTok, Meta, and Google.
• Support content creation, social media management, and TikTok Live sessions.
• Assist in social media campaigns, poster design, and copywriting.
• Learn sales techniques, product presentation, and customer engagement strategies.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and in-store channels.
• Support daily retail operations, sales reporting, and product management.
• Gain exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut.
• Develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Internship Requirements

• Open to Diploma and Degree students from relevant fields of study.
• Preferred areas of study include Multimedia, Information Technology (IT), Business, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Passionate about learning, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real business environment.
• Good communication skills with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, or digital tools is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
