 ToySpark Malaysia is a growing retail company specialising in premium baby gear, educational toys, and children's products. We offer a wide range of trusted brands including Joie, Quinton, Koopers, Crolla, GB Pockit, Chicco, Muva, and more.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to support our online and retail operations. If you are interested in sales, digital marketing, social media, and content creation, we would love to have you join our team.

📍 Location: Angsana Mall Johor Bahru / Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor

* Respond to customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
*Conduct product demonstrations for customers through both online and in-store channels.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
*Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
*Support both online and retail sales operations, including merchandising and product displays.
*Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales events.
*Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and live selling sessions.
*Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
*Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
