 You will play an important role in
  • Developing new concept and creative ideas which are often original, innovative, pragmatic and commercially viable.
  • You are able to drive overall campaign/project conceptual, content direction and ideation both in designs and consumer experience end-to-end. 
  • Think out of the box and your design is meant to WOW clients. 
  • You are well versed with 360° BTL campaign marketing with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends across brands around the world. 
  • You will regularly articulate the objectives of the projects and initiate additional creative output to optimize best results 
  • Self-starter : Eager to learn & involve, initiate asking the right questions 
  • A team player : Constantly showing your genuine support, working on ‘passing down’ your skillsets, bring joy to the workplace.
  • You are visionary and have great understanding in the importance of total marketing integration including digital marketing hence, creating sustainability in your creative vision including ability to drive social currency. 
  • Overseeing project design through execution, driving collaborative efforts between servicing, creative team, vendors and managing all other parties involved to ensure quality results. 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience 
  • Advance knowledge in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Creative Suite 
  • Exposed to luxury MNC brand’s work and posses strong portfolio in areas such as brand campaigns, experiential marketing, events, space planning, retail touch point, trade shows and product launches is a huge asset 
  • Well verse with the ever-evolving digital design arena around the world and is social media savvy 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are a must
  • Overseeing project designs through execution, driving collaborative efforts between servicing and creative team. 
  • Ability to come up with out-of-the-box ideas yet pragmatic 
  • Analytical and able to input strategic thinking into different touch points and integrating them 
  • Requires a great knowledge about consumer behaviour, brand and business objectives/challenges, current and upcoming trends in various markets.
  • Strong understanding on brand architecture design
