Responsibilities

During your internship period with the Company, you are expected to carry out the following duties:

1. Administrative Support

• Assist with data entry, filing, and updating participant records.
• Help prepare training materials and attendance sheets.
• Support general administrative tasks assigned by the team.

2. Participant Coordination

• Assist in sending reminders and follow-ups to participants regarding training sessions.
• Support the coordination of training schedules and participant communications.

3. Project Support

• Assist the team in tracking project progress and documentation.
• Support meeting arrangements and preparation of simple reports or presentations.

4. General Duties

• Provide support during training sessions, events, and project activities.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree students in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
2. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Good organizational and time-management abilities, alongside detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
