Overview

Responsibilities

Job Description: (including but not limited to)

• Global provisioning of new and existing accounts across the TNS portfolio of products including the setup, configuration and testing of hardware.
• Setup and maintenance of account and device configuration across relevant management tools.
• Handling and configuration of devices as required for project delivery and RMA.
• Provide support throughout the project delivery lifecycle including UAT, pilot and post implementation support.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time and on budget of projects.
• Perform remote device maintenance and software upgrades.
• Manage customers hardware warranties inspections and returns (RMA).
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as provisioning, installation, commissioning, and deployment. 
• Provide training to stakeholders as required for project delivery to support the activation and installing of TNS services.
• Implementation and adherence to documented policies and procedures
• Support of change management activities.
• Maintain high level of verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver against customer facing SLA’s and internal OLA’s.
• Ad hoc tasks as required. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a provisioning or onboarding operations role
• Experience with a ticketing system, for example Remedy or Salesforce. 
• Professional working attitude with a strong ability to communicate effectively with local and remote team members and clients.
• Ability to Query SQL databases.
• Analytical approach to fault-finding with proven ability to follow processes, diagnose application and environmental problems. 
• Proficient Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel & the use of pivot tables
• Good personal organizational and developed time management skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team. 
• Good personal organization skills.
• Flexible approach to work and willing to work as part of a global team.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Self-starter with a drive to develop own skills and knowledge.
• Life-long learner with desire to attend regular training sessions and develop.

Ideally you will also possess the following but not essential:

• Experience in the Payments industry.
• ITIL certified.
• Understanding of basic IT and & Network principles.
