Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and support our growing activities in content creation, AI-powered marketing, social media, and influencer outreach.

This role is ideal for someone who spends time on TikTok and Instagram, enjoys creating content, is curious about AI tools, and wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and creator marketing.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging short-form content, discover suitable influencers and content creators, support collaborations, and stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Content Creation

Create short-form social media content using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Doubao, and other relevant platforms. 

Generate content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and creative concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. 

Use AI tools to assist with video generation, image creation, voiceovers, and content editing. 

Repurpose existing photos, videos, and marketing assets into new social media content. 

Research trending content formats, sounds, hooks, topics, and social media trends. 

Assist in developing multiple content variations for organic social media and advertising. 

Organise and maintain AI-generated content and creative assets for the marketing team. 

2. Influencer & Creator Outreach

Research and identify relevant influencers, micro-influencers, KOLs, and content creators. 

Build and maintain an updated influencer and creator database. 

Reach out to potential creators through email, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. 

Follow up with creators regarding collaboration opportunities, deliverables, and timelines. 

Assist in coordinating product seeding and influencer collaborations. 

Track creator progress from Outreach → Interested → Confirmed → Content Pending → Posted. 

Collect creator content links, campaign results, and relevant performance information. 

Continuously identify new creators who are relevant to upcoming campaigns and product launches. 

3. Marketing & Campaign Support

Support ongoing social media campaigns and product launches. 

Conduct competitor, industry, and social media trend research. 

Assist with basic marketing reports, content tracking, and campaign monitoring. 

Organise content assets, creator information, and campaign-related documents. 

Support the marketing team with day-to-day digital marketing activities. 

Provide general remote marketing support when required.

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Platform Fluency: Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (understanding the algorithm and cultural nuances of each platform is a huge plus).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out to creators and handling customer interactions professionally. 
• Creative & Tech Tools: Basic proficiency in digital spreadsheets for tracking data. Experienced in mobile video editing apps (CapCut) and graphic design tools (Canva) is a strong plus. 
• Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who isn't afraid to test new ideas.
