We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and internet-savvy Marketing Intern to join our growing team! This is a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of affiliate marketing, KOL/KOC collaborations, and social media operations while gaining real industry exposure in modern e-commerce marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1) Affiliate & Influencer Management (Main Focus)

• Scout and recruit potential Affiliates, KOCs, and KOLs across TikTok, Instagram & Xiaohongshu (XHS)
• Reach out to creators, manage collaborations, and coordinate product seeding
• Build strong relationships with creators and support them with content direction & campaign updates
• Track affiliate links, promo codes, and posting schedules to ensure smooth campaign execution

2) Content Creation & Social Media Support

• Stay updated with trending content, viral audios, and social media trends
• Assist in preparing creative content briefs for creators
• Support in filming, scripting, editing short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/XHS), and basic graphic design
• Help brainstorm fresh and engaging content ideas

3) Social Media Operations

• Support daily management of brand social media accounts
• Write captions, schedule posts, and optimize hashtags
• Engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and user-generated content (UGC)
• Maintain creator databases, content calendars, and tracking sheets

4) Market Research & Insights

• Monitor competitor activities and trending content formats
• Identify content trends and share performance insights
• Support content planning through simple research summaries and reports

5) Administrative & Coordination Support

• Organize campaign trackers, content folders, and documentation
• Assist in handling customer inquiries on marketplace platforms
• Provide weekly updates on content progress and deliverables

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields
• Active user of TikTok, Instagram, and/or Xiaohongshu
• Familiar with social media trends, creator culture, and viral content styles
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with creators/influencers
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or video editing/design tools is a bonus
• Organized, proactive, creative, and eager to learn
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
