B2B distribution arm of Travelog Holidays Sdn Bhd dedicated to empowering travel agencies across Malaysia with quality outbound travel products. We provide ready-to-sell tour packages, competitive net rates, and white-label marketing materials, making it easier for small and mid-sized agencies to serve their customers with confidence. With Travelog B2B, partners gain access to a wide range of curated China tours, and premium thematic journeys — all backed by Travelog’s trusted operations and nationwide support. Our mission is to become the most reliable B2B partner for travel agencies, driving mutual growth through transparent policies, innovative tools, and strong market collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve GMV and profitability targets.
  • Define partner segmentation, MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies, rebate structures, and credit terms.
  • Build annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.

Partnership Management

  • Acquire and onboard new travel agency partners nationwide.
  • Negotiate agreements, set performance tiers, and monitor compliance with our policies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with top partners.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and coach 5 Regional Sales Managers + support team (quotations, partner success, finance).
  • Establish KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and build a high-performance culture.
  • Drive cross-department collaboration (Product, Operations, Digital Marketing, Finance).

Commercial Control

  • Monitor GMV, gross margin, receivables (DSO), rebate payouts, and agent activity.
  • Oversee credit approvals and manage partner risk exposure.
  • Optimize product mix (Classic / Elite / Muslim / Thematic Tours) for different markets.

Brand & Market Expansion

  • Represent Travelog B2B at industry events, fairs, and roadshows.
  • Implement MDF (Marketing Development Fund) and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Provide feedback to Product Team on market trends and agent needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years B2B sales experience in travel/tourism or FMCG distribution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and financial acumen.
  • Ability to build nationwide networks and manage complex partnerships.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (multilingual is an advantage).
