Key Responsibilities
Tour & Travel Preparation
- Assist in preparing travel documents (itineraries, departure notices, insurance, hotel/restaurant lists).
- Support booking arrangements for flights, hotels, transport, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth tour execution.
System & Data Management
- Update and maintain booking records in internal systems and tracking sheets.
- Organize operational documents, records, and correspondence.
- Upload and update travel products/packages on the company’s platforms and ensure accuracy of details.
On-Tour & Post-Tour Support
- Monitor ongoing tours and provide backend support to the operations team.
- Follow up on customer feedback, assist with post-tour requests, and support service recovery when needed.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Support sales activities including lead tracking, appointment scheduling, and client communication.

- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure accurate information flow.
- Provide general administrative support, filing, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to operational process improvements.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program in Tourism, Business, Sales or related field.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum internship duration: 3 months.
- CGPA: 3.30 or above.

Internship Details
- Location: Cheras Leisure Mall, Kuala Lumpur
- Duration: Minimal 3 months
- Allowance: RM800/month
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
