This scale gives our team a powerful platform to reach and inspire millions of travelers every day. We are seeking a creative, outgoing, and proactive Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our fast-growing travel brand. This internship is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands key performance metrics, and is eager to sharpen their content creation and digital marketing skills.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute engaging campaigns, create content that resonates with our audience, track performance, and contribute directly to growing our online presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Creation
- Assist in building and maintaining a detailed content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling, on-brand content (posts, captions, short videos, reels, stories) that drives engagement and reflects our brand voice.
- Support in designing visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and editing videos using tools like CapCut or Premiere.
Community Management
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor conversations and build relationships within online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, engagement rate).
- Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations to improve content performance.
Campaign & Trend Support
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with the latest social media trends.
- Support the execution of campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Research competitor activities and highlight opportunities for innovation.
Job Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR or related field.
- Outgoing personality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in social media, digital content creation, and online trends.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
- Understanding of essential social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for travel, lifestyle, and storytelling is a plus.

Internship Details
- Location: Cheras Leisure Mall, Kuala Lumpur
- Duration: Minimal 3 months
- Allowance: RM800 – RM1,200 (depending on skills & commitment)
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
