Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a sales position – your main responsibility is to promote and sell travel packages to individuals and groups, both in person and via phone or sales desk.
  • Handle Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency is required) and respond to enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Assist clients with complete travel arrangements: flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and travel insurance.
  • Offer expert, personalized travel recommendations that align with each client’s preferences and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in sales events such as roadshows, MATTA Fairs, and other promotional activities.
  • Keep up with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with current and relevant information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Passion for travel and proven ability to sell.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented with attention to detail.

Note:

Willing to work in rotational shift basis from 9:30am - 6:30pm & 1pm-10pm [5.5 working days/week]
